Here, I would like to thank all those who have given me their generous helps, commitment and enthusiasm, which have been the major driving force plete the current paper.
First, I want to thank my dear teachers, such as Zhao Weili, Wang Yan, Chen Yong and Liu Jianhong. In my four years learning, their instructions and teaching, inside and outside the classroom have given me a great impression which inspires me to make further efforts in my future learning and working. What’s more, they have given me warm support, constructive advice and constant encouragement in the process of writing the paper. Without their help, this work would not have been possible.

摘要
本文对中文公示语进行了定义并从功能角度对其分类,然后结合公示语汉译英现状着重分析了公示语在英译过程中常见的一些错误,最后结合纽马克的交际翻译理论提出了公示语英译应遵循的原则。

Abstract
This paper firstly makes a definition and classification of Chinese public signs from functional perspective, then analyzes mon errors existing in the process of translating based
