[摘要] 目的 探讨不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗脑梗死的临床效果。 方法 抽取至我院就诊的脑梗死患者106例（～）作为本次的研究对象，依照随机数字表法进行分组，每组均53例，对两组患者分别采取不同剂量的辛伐他汀治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。 结果 治疗前两组的NFDS评分无明显差异（P>），治疗后实验组的NFDS评分相比常规组明显较低（P<）；%%，组间比较数据差异显著（）。 结论 对脑梗死患者采取较大剂量的辛伐他汀治疗可降低神经功能的受损程度，使得治疗效果提高，药物安全有效，值得采纳。

Clinical effects of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 106 patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital were selected from to as the study subjects. According to the random number table method， the patients were divided into groups， with 53 patients in each group. Two groups of patients were given different doses of simvastatin for treatment.
