Abstract — This paper describes the requirements of the new generation power platform to support
multi variety and multi cycle market operation, the ability to process massive information, and the
demand for automatic interaction of multi class market transaction information. Combined with the
operation characteristics and policy requirements of the power market, the business architecture and
design ideas are proposed.
