班长岗位职责
1、 班长是本班组安全生产第一负责人，对班组人员在生产过程中
的安全与健康负责，对所管辖装置的安全运行负责。每周组织
一次班组安全会议。
2、 协调本班组与车间其他班组之间及与外车间、部室之间的工作
关系，提高工作效率。
3、 带领本班组人员认真贯彻执行安全规章制度，及时制止违章、
违纪行为，认真组织班组人员学****事故通报，汲取教训，采取
措施，防止同类或相近情况事故发生。
4、 做好岗位安全技术培训，新入厂员工的第三级安全教育和全班
人员经常性的安全思想教育，积极组织班组人员参加应急预案
演练，做到人人可以进行现场突发事件的处理。严格进行新员
工上岗前的班组内部考核，考核合格后上报车间工艺师进行车
间上岗考试。
5、 对班组发生的异常、障碍及事故，迅速实施车间既定应急预案，
并及时登记上报，组织分析原因，总结教训，落实改进措施，
带领本班人员努力完成上级下达的各项任务。
6、 熟悉装置工艺流程及设备操作，负责装置系统的操作，根据上
级下达的产品质量指标随时调整工艺参数，确保装置安全平稳
运行，生产参数及产品符合要求。带头执行各项操作规程和产
品工艺指标。
7、 负责按时准确记录生产运行参数。
