(2)Dne tothelack ofpolicy suppoa,instltutional coordination,iBSUfficient fund allocation for strengthening theinstitutionalcapacity,lack ofqualifiedtrainers,inadequate training methods anization pattern,thetrainingefficiency andfollow-up impacts ale not significant. (3)Farmer’S ages,education petences alealsoimportant individual factors affecting thetrainingefficiency andfollow-up impacts. Based on theabove findings and conelusiOIlS,the authors alsoformulated mendations for improving theinstitutionalcapacity,training methodology inorder toincrease thefarmer's training efficiency inachieving thedevelopment goalof RuralBeijing.
