The paper first elaborated the background and significance, the domestic and foreign present situation of the researc h, as well as the rationale of farmland circulation and the employing labor system, th en, it has carried on the analysis to the farmland circulation's necessity and its intrinsic mechanism in the farmland of the army corps. Based on this, aiming at presen t situation of farmla nd circulation in the group field, it points out the relation betw een the employing la bor system and the farmland circulation and proposes the paper supposition. Next, aiming at how the labor contract system and the social security systems restricted the farmland circulation in view of the work employing labor system, it carries on the theoretical analysis and the economic analysis.
