It is badly needed to place the prevention against corruption in a prominent position fo r anti -corruption, and find a both scientific and effective way to prevent corruption in order to eradicate corruption from the roots. Prevention of corruption is a systematic project which involves all aspects in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, only with the in- depth analysis of the current situation of China's corruption and anti -corruption approach, and gathering experiences from the foreign countries in the prevention of corruption, can we establish a suitable syst em for the prevention of corruption in China, and develop a scientific system based on our specific conditions. This essay starts with the present status quo of corruption, analyzes new changes in the form of corruption from three sections: main body of co rruption, behavior, the level of corruption, then proposed the concept of corruption prevention and the role of the mechanism with reference from the roots of corruption in history, ideology, politics and economy. On this basis , the author has consulted th e essful experience in foreign countries of corruption prevention in ideology, system and technology, and then tries to extend from b eforehand antisepsis and a fterward antisepsis to give suggestions for improving the preventi ve mechanism against corrup tion from the root in China .
