现状和发展的思考

司法所与律师所通过“结对子”整合资源，如何做到取其所长，补其所短，达到一加一大于二的效果，本文就此问题进行初步探讨。
一、“结对子”的合作基础及现有模式
（一）司法所、律师所的法律特征决定了双方有相互合作共同发展的基础。基层司法所是司法行政部门的派出机构，担负着普法宣传、人民调解、街道法律顾问等行政职能，律师所则是依靠法律专业知识向社会提供法律服务，从而达到维护当事人合法权益的自负盈亏的法人机构。构建和谐社会这个时代主题给基层司法所的工作人员提出了更高的要求，作为司法行政机关直接面向群众的窗口部门，司法所人员需要适应时代的发展不断提升专业水平
