斯太尔驱动桥总成综合试验台IPC-PLC自动控制系统
摘要
斯太尔驱动桥总成IPC-PLC综合试验台的研究我们分两部分来完成的,本文论述其中一部分:研究试验台的控制系统,以及试验台结构设计,工控机与可编程控器的通信,疲劳试验、静扭试验的流程设计,以及部分其它研究。本文主要详细介绍了斯太尔驱动桥的结构特点、主要部件的参数,提供试验台研究的意义;基于Visual ,以及使用Visual ,实现对试验数据的存取,调用、显示等功能;S7-200PLC与IPC自由口通信的原理及过程。斯太尔驱动桥总成自动检测系统综合应用了IPC、PLC、角位移传感器等多项高新技术,自动化程度大为提高,能较好地模拟整车实际工况,可对载荷的大小进行控制,采取了较得力的解决干扰问题措施,具有一定的先进性。论文后还附有控制系统等的相关的操作说明图,最后还附有参考文献,以及程序清单。

Abstract
The SiTaiEr Bridge Is Total to e prehensive On Trial Stand IPC-PLC Automatic Control System
The research of STR drive bridge total prehensive on trial stand divides two big parts plete .This text over-emphasizes the hardware part,Elaborated the control system on trail stand, and the structure design of trial stand, the correspondence between Industrial puter and programmable logical controller ,the process design of fatigue trial, twist trial, and parts of other research. This text is main introduced the STR drive bridge 's structure characteristics, the parameter of main parts of bridge, providing the research meaning of the trial stand ;According to the function and operating instructions of the control system of the Visual development, and the usage Visual operates to the Access2003 database, realization to function of the access of the trial data, adjust use, show etc;the correspondence principle and process between S7-200 and drive the bridge total became the auto examination system to apply many high new technique, such as IPC, PLC, knob-speed sensor etc. The degree of automation is improving greatly .it pare to imitate the whole car goodly actual work condition, can control towards carrying the size of the lotus, The system adopted the valid anti-interference measure, which certainly have some
