近年来我国电子商务发展非常迅猛,2008 年我国电子商务交易总额达
万亿元,2009 年我国电子商务市场交易额突破万亿,2010 年第一季
度中国电子商务市场整体交易额达到了亿元,单季交易额突破万
亿规模。中国网络购物也发展迅速,截至 2009 年 6 月,我国网上购物用户
规模已达 8788 万,同比增加 2459 万人,年增长率为 %。
网上支付是电子商务的关键环节,但由于信用问题,它却成为我国电子商
务发展的瓶颈之一,而第三方支付的出现为网上支付提供了一个可行的解决方
法。相对于传统的资金划拨交易方式,第三方支付有效地保障了货物质量、
交易诚信、退换要求等环节,在整个交易过程中,都可以对交易双方进行
约束和监督。在不需要面对面进行交易的电子商务形式中,第三方支付为
保证交易成功提供了必要的支持,因此随着电子商务在中国国内的快速发
展,第三方支付行业也发展得比较快。
根据易观国际产业数据库 2009 年底发布的《中国第三方支付市场蓝皮书》
显示,中国第三方支付市场经过 10 年的发展,年度交易规模已经接近 6000 亿,
成为中国金融支付体系中重要的组成部分,也是中国互联网经济高速发展的底
层支撑力量和进一步发展的推动力。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, China's merce is developing very fast in 2008, China's

The online payment is the key link of merce, but because the credit
problems, it has e the bottleneck of China's merce development, and
one of the third-party payment for online payment provides a feasible solution.
Compared with the traditional funds transfer transactions, third-party payment can
be effectively guarantee the quality of goods, trade integrity, exchange links such as
required in the transaction process, can be in both trade for restriction and
supervision. In the face of the transaction needs no form of merce, third-party
payment to ensure essful trading provides the necessary support, so with the
merce in China's rapid development, the third-party payment industry also
develop faster.
