文档介绍：中文摘要开发区作为推动国家经济快速向前发展的主动力之一,他在吸引外资、推动城镇化建设方面取得了显著成效。自1978年以来,我国在改革开放政策浪潮的推动下,陆续创建了经济特区、经济技术开发区、高新技术产业产业园区、保税区等不同类型和不同层次的开发区。它们对我国的现代化建设起了重要的推动作用,是我国经济发展最为活跃的增长点。作为开发区建设实施的龙头,规划对引导开发区朝着持续、健康的方向发展有着重要的作用。本文深入分析国内外各开发区的发展历程,学习关于开发区规划的相关宏观理论与规划理论,并以此为依据,对西青开发区的现状进行分析。通过借鉴国内外经济发达地区开发区规划的成功经验,对现有开发区布局模式进行分析,根据开发区所处的区位、现状情况、交通优势、配套资源等综合分析,用以确定开发区规划中关于结构、用地、道路体系、绿化体系等合理的布局模式。以此为基础, 确定控制性详细规划内的各种控制指标范围·,整理出适用于现代开发区发展的规划方法。关键词:开发区规划控制性详细规划 ABSTRACT Development Area,as one ofthemain power topromote national economy development,has achieved alot inattractingforeign investment elerateurban 978,all kindsofdevelopment area withdifferent types andlevels hasbeen established such嬲economy technicaldevelopment area,high—tech industrialpark,bonded warehouse etc.,after thepromoting ofopening up areaSplayed an important role in national modernization construction,and they arethe activegrowth point ofOureconomy development.
