教学中积极总结经验，撰写幼教论文和教育随笔。
 2、认真实践，提高教育教学水平。
    认真填写周计划表，认真备课，组织好每一节课。开展课题研究，及时收集资料，撰写课题论文。积极根据幼儿园主题教育活动的内容及季节、节日的变化进行班级内环境创设。积极参加园内的教研活动，做好上公开课和听课工作，从细节出发写好每一篇说课稿、听课稿和评课稿。
 3、多向富有教学经验的老师学****注重榜样借鉴、内化，争取尽快提高自己对幼儿的管理和教学能力。
4、努力学****提高自身素质。
    从细节出发提高自身素质，在生活和教学过程中讲普通话，加强师德修养，培养自己的耐心和细心，多看看修养性情方面的书籍。在教育教学过程中不体罚和变相体罚幼儿，从心理和生理上关心每一名幼儿，努力使自己成为一名真正意义上的合格的幼儿教师。
以上是我的个人发展近期规划，希望在园领导的培养下、在自己的努力下，有所收获有所成长。
