摘要
斯太尔驱动桥总成综合试验台的研究分两大部分完成的。本文偏重硬件部分,主要介绍了STR驱动桥总成综合试验台IPC-PLC电气控制系统的总体设计方案。阐述了试验台的总体结构及工作原理、控制系统的主要功能和特点、试验台电气原理图的设计、部分试验台电路的控制分析、部分模拟试验的流程设计,以及传感器的选型过程,提供试验台研究的意义;试验台采用的工控机、可编程序控制器为先进的工业控制计算机,所选用的温度、压力、噪声、钮矩-转速传感器都具有与计算机通信的功能,自动化程度大为提高,系统采用了有效的抗干扰措施,具有一定的先进性。论文后还附有电气控制系统图、PLC控制电路梯形图、电气元件明细表以及噪声计选用表,最后还附有参考文献。

Abstract
The research of STR drive bridge total prehensive on trial stand divides two big parts plete .This text over-emphasizes the hardware part, mainly introduced the STR drive bridge total prehensive on trial stand work to control total project of design of IPC-PLC electricity control system. Elaboraed the total structure of the trial stand and its work principle,the main function and characteristics of the control systems, the design of the electricity principle diagram of the trial stand, the control analysis of the electric circuit of part of trial stand , the trial process design of part of imitated trials, and the choice process of sensor. providing the meaning of the trial stand's research;The Industrial puter and programmable logical controller on trial stand are advanced industrial of the sensor ,included the temperature sensor, pressure sensor,noice sensor , the knob-speed sensor ,can correspond puter. The degree of automation is improving greatly .The system adopted the valid anti-interference measure, which certainly have some extent forerunner. These theses return cum ectricity control system diagram , trapezoid diagram of PLC 's control electric circuit , detailed table of ponents and the choice form of noise sensor behind,at theses be the last return cum literature cited..
