Abstract: Lightweight autoclaved aerated concrete is a new wall material in recent years. It has a unique
crystal structure which different from the traditional aerated concrete. It is lighter weight, higher strength,
and smaller thermal conductivity than traditional aerated concrete. The self thermal insulation bricking-up
of Lightweight autoclaved aerated concrete can use of a single wall to meet energy efficiency. It has simple
construction, save duration and good insulation effect. Construction waste is mainly used for raw materials.
So it has broad prospects for development.

近几年来，随着我国经济的快速发展，建筑能耗占社会总能耗的比重越来越重，建
筑废料处理也成为当前城市发展的重要议题，蒸压轻质砂加气混凝土（AAC）技术很好
的解决了这两方面的难题。AAC 保温砌块主要利用石英砂、石粉、生石灰、水泥等建
筑废旧材料经过粉碎、加发泡剂发泡及一系列化学反应，高温蒸汽养护生产而成，具有
广阔的发展空间。自保温砌体是指利用蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块优良的保温性能，使用单
一墙体满足住宅节能 65%、其它建筑物 50%的节能标准，只在局部冷桥部
