从安全角度来看,确定对人的安全条件,不用安全电流而用安全电压,因为影响电流变化的因素,而电力系统的电压通常是恒定的。我国确定的安全电压范围是36,24,12V。一般36V以下电压不会造成人员伤亡,故称36V为安全电压。
通过人体的电流决定于触电时的电压和人体的电阻。影响人体电阻的因素很多,并因人而异。一般人的表皮角质层电阻为1~10000Ω,但角质层极易破坏,皮肤潮湿多汗均会降低人体电阻,触点时间越长,发热出汗越多,人体电阻越小。除角质层电阻外,一个正常人的电阻一般在800~10
