摘要
多层建筑常采用多层砌体结构,多层砌体结构由于建筑材料的来源广泛,从而易于取材、易于生产和建设施工,并且与其他结构相比价格较低,具有良好的耐火性、耐热性、隔音性和耐久性,从而在房屋的建设中得到了广泛的应用。砌体结构作为在我国应用最为广泛的结构形式,其抗震性能的好坏直接影响着人民的生命财产安全。通过对砌体结构抗震计算、构造中需注意的问题的阐述,根据对规范的理解,并结合多年的工程实践,提出解决方案,为砌体结构房屋的设计提供参考。在砌体结构房屋的设计过程中,还应重视房屋抗震设计,通过对砌体结构房屋的砌体结构的分析,通过地震对多层砌体结构房屋的破坏程度和原因的深层探析,提出有针对性的多层砌体结构的抗震设计。

Abstracts
Multi-story masonry structure is used in multistory buildings often multi-storey masonry structure because of the source of the building materials widely, which is easy to be drawn, easy production and construction, and low pared to other structures, good fire resistance, heat resistance, sound insulation and durability, which has been widely used in the construction of the building. Masonry structure as the structure of the most widely applied in our country, its seismic performance is good or bad a direct impact on people's life and property safety. In masonry structure seismic calculation, structural problems that should pay attention to this paper, according to the understanding of the specification, bined with the engineering practice for many years, propose solutions and provide reference for the design of the masonry structure building. In the process of the design of the masonry structure building, but also should attach importance to building aseismic design, through the analysis of masonry structure building of masonry structure, the degree of earthquake damage to the multi-story masonry structure buildings and the deep analysis of reasons, put forward targeted multi-story masonry structure seismic design.
