施工企业本钱管理中的问题及对策

摘 要：本文首先阐述加强施工企业本钱管理的意义，在了解本钱管理的重大意义的根底上着重分析施工企业本钱管理过程的现状及存在的问题。正是由于这些问题的存在，给施工企业造成较大的经济损失，严重危机施工企业的生存和开展，总体来说我国施工企业的本钱管理情况不容乐观。因此，加强本钱管理，减支增效是施工企业的当务之急。针对施工企业存在的这些问题本文从本钱管理意识、本钱管理制度以及本钱管理中应着重注意的问题提出了一些具有建立性的措施，以提高企业经济效益和经营管理水平。

Abstract：This paper firstly strengthen construction enterprise cost management of significance in understanding the cost management on the basis of the significance of the analyzed the construction enterprise cost management process of the present situation and the existing problems. It is because of these problems, the construction enterprise to cause major economic loss, serious crisis construction enterprise's survival and development, overall for our country construction enterprise cost management situation is not optimistic. Therefore, strengthening the cost management, in order to efficiency is top of the construction enterprise. According to the construction enterprise existence of these problems this paper from the cost management consciousness, cost management system and cost management problems that should be emphatically put forward some constructive measures in order to improve the enterprise economic benefits and management.

近年来建筑安装市场竞争日益剧烈，致使工程工程经济效益下滑，严重危机施工企业的生存和开展。控制施工企业工程工程本钱，是施工企业经营最终的追求目标。也是企业生存与开展的根本保证，工程本钱控制的根本目的，在于通过本钱管理的各种手段，到达可能实现最低的目标本钱的要求。施工企业能否在市场竞争中立于不败之地，关键在于企业能否为社会提供质量高、工期短、造价低的建筑产品。在满足工程质量和工期的前提下，本钱控制的好与坏直接决定着施工企业的经济效益和经营成果。因此，加强施工企业本钱管理，减支增效将成为大多数企业的长期
