The purpose ofthis study is toexplore and toobserve the effect ofwarming needle for spleen and stomach deficiency(cold)type of chronic superficial gastritis,through arigorous and standardized design of clinical research,in order to provide a strong evidence for the clinical treatment of the disease and to promote the rehabi litation of patients. Research methods ordance with inclusion criteria,60 patients with deficiency(cold) in the spleen and stomach of chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases experimental group was treated with warm acupuncture points selected were Zhongwan,Zusanl i,Neiguan,Gongsun,spleen Yu and Guan Yuan. Warm acupuncture points were appl ed on Zhongwan,Zusanl iand Guan control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. with acupoints the same as that inexperimental syndrome score,health—related quality oflifescore(SF一36)and the clinical curative effect evaluation of two groups were assessed before and after datas were processed by statistical software .
