贵州省《外国人就业证》申办须知
一、办理程序
〔一〕办理《外国人就业许可证书》。用人单位聘用外国人，须填写《聘用外国人就业申请表》，并提供办理《外国人就业许可证书》相关资料，有行业主管部门的要主管部门同意，中央级用人单位、无行业主管部门的、外商投资企业聘用的外国人，直接到人力资源和社会保障部门申请办理，对符合规定的发给《外国人就业许可证书》。
获准来中国就业的外国人，凭人力资源社会保障部门签发的《外国人就业许可证书》到被受权单位办理通知签证函电手续后，到中国驻外使、领馆、处申请职业签证。
〔二〕办理《外国人就业证》。用人单位应在拟聘用外国人入境后15日内，持以下资料到人力资源社会保障部门为该外国人办理《外国人就业证》。
二、办理须提交的资料
〔一〕办理《外国人就业许可证》需提交的资料：1、《聘用外国人就业申请表》；2、拟聘用外国人原因报告；3、聘用单位资质证明〔营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证、批准证书等原件及复印件加盖公章〕；4、聘用意向书；5、拟聘用外国人从事该项工作的资格证明；5、健康证明书；6、拟聘用人外国人履历证明；7、拟聘用外国人无犯罪纪录；8、外商企业还应提供：合同、章程和批准证书原件及复印件。
〔二〕办理《外国人就业证》需提交的资料：1、外国人就业许可证书；2、有效护照，职业签证；3、劳动合同；4、同底两寸照片2张。
