第七条 聘用人员要接受公司的日常管理，服从组织分配，能较好地完成本职工作，并接受和完成公司布置的各项工作任务。

第四章 外聘人员的待遇
第十一条 外聘人员的待遇根据外聘人员个人能力、应聘职位，参照市场劳动力价格由协议双方协商确定。
第十二条 外聘人员在聘用期内考取与用人单位专业相近的各类国家注册工程师执业资格并在用人单位登记注册的，用人单位参照公司相关制度给予奖励和补贴。
第五章 其他规定
