文档介绍:我国冰雪运动人力资源储备与发展规划研究摘要: 采用文献资料法、数理统计法与逻辑分析法, 通过对我国“体育系统”冬季项目运动员人力资源储备与运行现状分析,得出如下结论: 我国部分冰雪“优势项目”在初中高级层次所形成的不合理、不规则的人才分布态势, 预示着我国冬季项目竞技体育事业发展所赖以支撑的“三级训练网”式人才培养模式已受到强烈冲击。为此, 应以我国冰雪运动“人力资源――运动员”优化配置为依托,以“后发优势”理论、“体教结合”模式、“北冰南展”战略为突破口,使我国有限的冬季项目人力资源得到最有效的利用与配置。关键词:冰雪运动;人力资源;储备;发展规划中图分类号: G86 文献标识码: A 文章编号: 1006-2076 ( 2015 ) 01-0051-04 Abstract : By applying the scientific research methods of literature , mathematical statistics and logical analysis , this paper analyzes the present situation of reserves and operation of winter event sportsman resources in China's "Physical Education System" and draws the following conclusions : the unreasonable and irregular talent distribution and tendency of ice-and-snow "advantageous events" at preliminary , intermediate and advanced levels indicates that the talent training pattern of "three-level training" that support the development of petitive sports has experienced severe impact. Therefore , it is supposed to depend on the "human resources-sportsman" optimal allocation of our ice-and-snow sports , with "late-starting advantage" theory , "combination of sports and education" pattern , "north-ice and south-development" strategy as breakthrough , to employ and allocate our limited winter event human resources most effectively.
