文档介绍：试论我国结构性失业的成因及对策摘要随着经济结构调整的步伐和城市化进程的加快,我国的结构性失业问题F1 益严重。我国的失业压力之大有目共睹,而结构性失业在我国尤为突出,可咀说, 结构性失业压力比总量性失业压力更大。结构性失业问题不仅增加了总量性失业问题的治理难度,而且与总量性失业问题共同加剧了我国失业问题的进一步发展。所以,研究我国的结构性失业问题,对于我国失业问题的治理具有十分重要的现实意义。治理我国的结构性失业问题,必须深入分析该问题的形成原因,提出能够有效缓解我国结构性失业问题的相应对策。循着这?思路,本文梳理与探讨了有关结构性失业的重要理论成果,并结合我国结构性失业的现状与特征,分析了结构性失业的形成原因,提出了治理我国结构性失业的相应对策。笔者认为,导致我国现阶段结构性失业的原因一是劳动力自身的主体因素,主要包括劳动力知识技能的缺乏、年龄性别的差异以及思想观念的落后;,主要包括经济结构的变动不居、体制与制度的障碍以及劳动力市场体系的缺陷。因此,治理我国当前结构性失业问题的对策主要有以下两点:一是大力发展教育事业,以突破劳动力流动的主体因素障碍;二是加快建设现代市场经济体系,以突破劳动力流动的客体因素障碍。关键词:失业结构性失业劳动力市场 On theReason and Countermeasnre oftheStructural Unemployment ofChina Abstract: With the development ofeconomic structuraladjustment and civilization:the seriousness ofthestmctural unemployment inChina hasgradually appeared pressure ofunemployment inChina isobvious,but the structuralunemployment carl say thatthepressure of structuralunemployment ismore than the totalunemployment’ structural unemployment not only increases thedifficulties oftreating thetotalnumber of unemployment,but also worsens thewhole problem ofunemployment inChina.
