摘要
液晶显示器(LCD)问世以来,以其低压微功耗、平板型结构、超薄、体积小、重量轻、无电磁辐射、长寿命等诸多独特的优点,在许多领域得到了广泛应用,、工业控制、智能化仪表以及各种通信设备的显示终端产生了重大变革。LCD点阵显示屏作为一种新兴的显示器件,是由多个独立的LCD发光二极管封装而成. LCD点阵显示屏可以显示数字或符号, 通常用来显示时间、速度、系统状态等。本文研究了基于AT89C51单片机LCD8×8点阵显示屏的设计并运用Proteus软件进行原理图绘制,运用Keil软件进行仿真和调试。主要介绍了LCD8×8点阵显示屏的硬件电路设计、汇编程序设计与调试、Proteus软件绘制原理图和实物制作等方面的内容,本显示屏的设计具有体积小、硬件少、电路结构简单及容易实现等优点。能帮助广大电子爱好者了解汉字的点阵显示原理,认识单片机的基本结构、工作原理及应用方法,并提高单片机知识技术的运用能力。利用单片机来设计的系统,既能实现系统所需的功能,也可以满足计数的准确性、迅速性,并且电路简单、操作简单、通用性强。用单片机AT89C51驱动8×8点阵LCD显示屏,轮流显示“刘欢”、“学号”、“20100513”的数字以及“兰州”和“I♡U”。

ABSTRACT
LCD was on the market, with its low voltage micro power consumption, the structure of the flat, thin, small bulk, light weight, no ic radiation, long life and other special advantages has been widely applied in many fields, the notebook, computer, industrial control, intelligent instruments as well as all munications equipment display terminal produced great changes. LCD dot matrix display screen as a newly-developing ponent is made up by multiple independent LCD light-emitting diodes. LCD dot matrix display screen can display numbers or symbols, and is often used to show time, speed, the system state and so on. This article studies the LCD 8×8 dot matrix display screen design based on AT89C51 and schematic drawing using Proteus software, and using Keil software simulation and debugging. Mainly introduced the LCD 8×8 dot matrix display screen hardware circuit design, assembly design and debugging. Proteus software schematic drawing and material object production and so on, the contents of the display screen design with small bulk, less hardware, circuit structure is simple and easy to implement and so on. This can help to understand the Chinese character dot matrix display principle of majority of electronic enthusiasts, know basic structure, working principle and application method of single chip puter, and improve the single chip puter technology of knowledge application abil
