文档介绍：辽宁工程技术大学硕士学位论文资源枯竭型城市—阜新可持续发展研究姓名:关晓吉申请学位级别:硕士专业:采矿工程指导教师:马云东 摘要(可持续发展是一种全新的发展观,是21世纪全球追求的目标。资源枯竭型城市人口、资源、环境、经济和生态系统的可持续发展问题表现突出,其可持续发展是我国可持续发展战略的重要组成部分。本文应用可持续发展理论和区域经济理论对资源枯竭型城市一一阜新进行实证分析。厂全文对可持续发展的理论基础和思想实质概要论述,指出资源枯竭型城市可持续发展面临的主要问题和研究的意义,结合区域特点,总结了可持续发展面临的三大问题:可持续发展的基础正在削弱,可持续发展能力欠佳,可持续发展动力不足。并围绕上述问题, 分析了环境现状并提出了环境保护的具体措施;根据目前阜新市主导产业缺位的现实,运用定性与定量相结合的方法重点分析了各产业间的关系,提出了支柱产业结构优化体系,为培育新兴主导产业提供了方向;在分析空间经济结构特点的基础上,重塑空间经济布局框架,针对阜新市域现状提出可持续发展战略与对策,达到理论与实践的统一。关键词可持续发展资源枯竭型城市产业结构调整 Abstract The Sustainable development iS a deveIODment view and the seeking goal alI over the problem of population,resources, envi ronment,economy and ecoIogy system arc sustainable development is an important parts in our countries’sustainable development the theories ofsustainable development and regional economy, thisarticle makes atypical study——Fuxin city inLiaoning province.
