（一）晚会背景：
太原理工大学艺术团是隶属于校团委的校级组织。主要负责校级大型演出。在这里，让您在艺术方面有所提升，快乐排练，开心演出，为所有热爱艺术的同学提供一个展示自我的舞台。
又到一年艺术团团庆的时候了，艺术团又大了一岁。在新的一年里迎来新的发展。

此次晚会主要为了加强各部门之间的交流合作，表达对历届艺术团成员的感谢。各部门合作表演节目。让艺术团的精神代代相传。让更多的学生了解艺术团，爱上艺术团。

（四）晚会具体方案安排：
第一次彩排时间：2014年 3月23、24日 星期六、星期日
第二次彩排时间：2014年3月28日 星期五
晚会时间：2014年3月29日 星期六
晚会地点：虎峪校区同泽会堂
主办单位：太原理工大学校艺术团
（五）活动宣传：
①．海报宣传：制作大型海报贴在人流多的食堂门口、宿舍楼道，也可在校园的每处角落遍发宣传单
②． 横幅宣传：挂在显眼的人流聚集的地方，同时在宿舍门口的LED屏上打出本次比赛的相关信息。
③． 网络宣传：在太原理工大学的校艺术团各主页上设置专门的窗口，在学校贴吧上发布帖子置顶，微信、空间转发消
