The concept and classificationofstructural control iseduced and introduced firstly inthispaper. And then,theconcept andprinciple ofTLD isdescribed the current situationand progress ofthe researchofTLD,and alsotheapplication ofTLD inactualengineering mented andsummarized. On basis ofthepotential flow theory ofhydrodynamics,the liquidsloshing model of thedeep water TLD under small amplitude excitationis then,through parameter analysis ofthe model,we get thelinearsimplified model ofTLD. Using thelinearsimplified model andtheMATLAB software,aprogram piled tosolvethe dynamic equations ofthe TLD and one DOF structure system under harmonic excitation-The effect of thevibrationcontml ofTLD aboutthe tunedfrequency ratio、the mass ratio、theexcitationfrequency ratioandthedamping ratio ofTLD puted andanalyzed,and thelawofvibrationcontrol ofTLD iSconcluded. Using theequivalent nonlinear simplified TMD model of TLD under largeamplitude excitation, thedynamic equations ofTLD and thestructuresystem under theactionofearthquake ispresented Then,using theparametric design language APDL oftheFEM software ANSYS,a program piled toanalyze theeffectofthemitigation ofseismic re
