    高翔：最近我在浏览“中国高校毕业生就业服务信息网”关于“全国网上招聘数字几个‘多’之后，发现毕业生意向应聘最多的岗位与上年最大的不同是：“教师”首次进入学生意向应聘的前十名，并一举进入前三名。请问：从一个正在找工作的毕业生的角度，您是怎样看待这一现象的？这一信息对我们这类师范类的毕业生来说是否的一个好的信号？
    赵悦：确实这几年越来越多的毕业生倾向于选择教师这一职业，在激烈的就业竞争中，教师的工作，待遇都很稳定，每年可以享受近三个月的假期，随着国家“科教兴国”战略的全面实施，国家对教师的工资，待遇都作了提高和完善，一般看来，教师的收入都在千元以上，这些成了众多家长和毕业生选择教师这一职业的主要原因。但是实际上教师岗位并不如人们想象的那样“旱涝保收”。由于扩招的原因，师范生人数远远大于实际需求人数，许多非师范类毕业生也能竞争教师岗位，这样师范生面临的竞争将更加激烈。此外许多地区，学校都在招聘过程中加入了考核制，淘汰制等等各种选拔人才的环节，教师的岗位并不是想象中的那么稳定。因此，在我看来，教师职业的热化对师范生来说是一个好的信号，它警示师范生必须学得更专，更深，掌握的更加全面，这样才能在激烈地竞争中取得优势。当然，从今年5月31日起，师范生就业政策将作调整，师范生和非师范生一样，全面进入人才市场，经受市场的挑选，从这一方面来说，“红灯”在提醒师范生：我们的就业竞争越来越激烈！
