This text analyses the risk factor of influencing enterprise’s technological innovation through the concrete instance,has appraised the risk degree of the technological innovation project,and analyses the greater influencing factor,then proposes some precautions against the risk of enterprise technological innovation. Because the actual conditions of enterprises are various,the trade is not the same petition,so we should contact to enterprise actual conditions and enterprise total strategy of enterprise when we will make the concrete technological innovation project the appraisement and take precautions against the risk. Finally,direct attheubiquitous risk influence factor ofenterprise technological innovation behavior and put forward several countermeasures inorder to reduce risk.
