文档介绍:交流接触器的应用研究摘要:交流接触器是铁路机车与车辆供电系统中广泛应用的电器元件,其可靠性及寿命直接影响整个系统的可靠性和寿命。电磁式交流接触器在开断过程中存在电弧磨损, 且功率越大电弧磨损越严重, 是造成交流电磁式接触器可靠性差、电寿命短的关键因素。为了消除或减小电弧的影响, 本文设计了混合式交流接触器, 即采用电子开关和机械触头并联, 由数模混合逻辑电路控制, 使机械触头通断瞬间, 由电子开关承担负荷, 稳态时由机械触头承担负荷,从而实现无电弧通断。关键词:接触器;混合式接触器;电力电子器件;一体化设计 Applied research of the alternating current contactor Abstract:The AC contactor isa kind of electrical controller that is widely applied in railway reliability and life-span directly affects the whole system's reliability and life- arc is generated when mechanical contactor is electrical abrasion cann't be avoided,however,the higher power is,the more electrical abrasion is isa primary factor that affects the life-span of high-power slake or weaken the effect of arc,the hybrid contactor is researched in this power electronic device and mechanical contactor are connected in parallel in hybrid is controlled by logical the mechanical contactor turns off,the electrical switch is mechanical is loaded in hybrid contactor has a lot of advantage such as no arc,high reliability,pollution- free,explosion protection.
