引言
景观设计是为人们营造和谐空间环境的一门学科，它通过人造物与自然物的合理配置向人们展示一席视觉盛宴。但目前景观设计普遍存在着一些问题，景观雷同现象严重，大江南北都可以看到棕榈植物，东南西北都可以看到古亭牌坊，这种照抄照搬的现象，使得所设计景观与当地气候、文化很不协调[1]；景观建成后维护成本较高，致使花费较高建筑成本的景观仅存在几年就因无力支付后期维护费用而荒废。
本文拟通过对崇武滨海景观带规划设计一例的分析^p ，探讨如何通过对地方文化的挖掘、“开节流”原则的应用，指导景观设计，创造出具有地方性特色的景观，并通过多条功能线的规划设计方式，缓解景观可持续发展的问题。
1 崇武西沙湾
崇武镇地处福建省东南沿海、泉州湾和湄洲湾之间，镇内拥有一座我国仅存的比较完整的明代石头城，也是中国海防史上一个比较完整的史迹，历史文物、滨海风光、民俗风情、雕刻艺术，为这座古镇
