Abstract ： Objective ： To analyze and study the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation during pregnancy. Methods ： In our hospital from January 2012 to
August 2016 during the pregnancy from 976 pregnant women ，
the use of ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound on fetal
malformation screening ， the clinical data of all pregnant women were analyzed ， and find out the ultrasound diagnostic value of four-dimensional ultrasound. Results ： In 976 cases， 45 cases of fetal malformation were found after birth or induction of labor ，
and 43 cases were diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound and
four dimensional ultrasound. 2 cases were missed diagnosis.
Conclusion ： In the process of screening for the presence of fetal abnormalities in the course of the use of color doppler ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound technology ， has an important
value to judge ， it is worth promoting.
