文档介绍：万方数据万方数据上海交通大学硕士学位论文 I 农业科技示范园的规划设计研究摘要随着农业科技的进步、都市农业的发展和农业发展模式的转变, 农业科技示范园不断蓬勃发展。农业科技示范园是划定一定区域,由政府、企业或外商投资兴建,以现代农业新品种、新技术为特色,兼顾农业生产、科技示范、科普教育等功能的现代科技试验与实践基地。目前,对农业科技示范园的现存问题及发展机制的研究较多,而对其具体规划设计的研究较少。本文以探究农业科技示范园的规划设计为目标,采用查阅文献、实地调研及综合分析等方法,对典型案例进行分析总结,着重分析其资源特征、分类特征、功能分区、道路系统及优缺点。同时,本文通过运用景观学、游憩体验、可持续发展和产业耦合等理论知识,对农业科技示范园的规划设计进行研究,并通过实际案例应用进行实证。主要研究内容总结如下: 首先,界定了农业科技示范园的基本概念,指出其核心价值,概述了农业科技示范园国内外发展现状,并对其特征及类型进行综述。其次,通过确定农业科技示范园的建设指标,筛选出典型案例, 采用归纳演绎、图纸分析和列表统计等方法,深入分析各个案例,总结归纳其资源特征、分类特征、功能分区、道路系统及优缺点。继而,基于景观学、游憩体验、可持续发展和产业耦合等理论体万方数据上海交通大学硕士学位论文 II 系,结合调研分析,提出了农业科技示范园的规划设计原则,在分析前期条件、总体定位及产业布局等方面的基础上,进行功能分区、道路系统、绿化系统、景观控制及保障体系等方面的规划,并提出具体规划措施,以指导农业科技示范园的规划设计。最后,以山东高青农业科技示范园规划设计项目为实践对象,运用文中研究的理论成果,对该项目进行规划设计,针对前文的理论进行实证和探讨,并提出研究展望。关键词:农业科技示范园,规划设计,山东高青农业科技示范园万方数据上海交通大学硕士学位论文 III RESEARCH ON PLANNING AND PRACTECEOF AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY DEMONSTRATION PARK ABSTRACT Agricultural technology demonstration parks evolvewith the advances of agricultural technology, the development of the urban agriculture and the change of the agricultural development model.
