  ABSTRACT
Objective:To observe the effect of individualized education on diabetes related indexes in patients with diabetes, to explore the reasonable model of diabetes education.
Methods:In our hospital received treatment without cognitive impairment, able to plete the questionnaire, 90 patients with type 2 diabetes and nomovement of taboo cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (conventional diabetes education) and experimental group(routine diabetes education + individualized diabetes education program and course), 45 cases in each group,were investigated questionnaire evaluation before starting the individualized diabetes education,according to the evaluation results for the individualized diabetes education (training self-management guidance). The pliance of treatment follow-up of patients after 3 months.
Results:The control group fasting blood glucose from ± to + , 2 hours after meal from ±± , experimental group, fasting blood glucose from ±± , 2 hour postprandial blood glucosefrom ±±mmol/L, a diabetes education afterfasting in patients with type 2 the blood glucose and postprandial 2 hours blood glucose significantly decreased, there was significant difference,P<.

Conclusion:To develop individualized diabetes education is conducive to the effective control of blood glucose and good life habit. In order to improve the quality of life of patients and prolong the life of patients, to promote the transformation of good behavior, improve their physical and psychological effects; from physiological,psychological or socialeconomic aspects to improve diabetes self-care knowledge, skills andpliance.
