in the First Hospital of Shijiazhuang from January 201 7 to January 201 9 were randomly divided into the research group (55 cases)and
the control group (55 cases).The control group was treated with montelukast,and the research group was treated with montelukast
and budesonide.The levels of eosinophils,FENO and inflammatory factors,airway function,and lung function were measured.Re
sults The levels of eosinophils and FENO were lower in the research group than those in the control group (P <005).The levels of
serum interleukin -1 0 (IL -1 0)and interleukin -4 (IL -4)were lower (P <005),serum interleukin -2 (IL -2)and interfer
on -α (IFN -α)were higher (P <005)in the research group than those in the control group.The level of calcitonin gene -relat
ed peptide (CGRP)was higher (P <005),the levels of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP -9)and transforming growth factor -β
(TGF -β)were lower (P <005)in the research group than those in the control group.The levels of forced expiratory volume in the
first second (FEV1 ),peak expiratory flow (PEF),and percentage of FEV1 /forced vital capacity (FVC)were high
