I am writing to express my views on the playground vandalism near my housing estate. The housing estate where I live in in the New Territories has many excellent facilities. While most people treat them properly, there are somepeople destroy all these valuable public resources. The playground equipment is heavily damaged. Some facilities are burned and broken.
