2012年通州区蛋糕房专项检查方案
为加强对蛋糕房的监管，保障全区人民群众的饮食安全，根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及《省政府办公厅关于进一步加强食品生产加工小作坊和食品摊贩监督管理的意见》（苏政办发〔2011〕101号）文件精神，决定在全区开展蛋糕房专项检查活动。具体方案如下：
一、检查对象
全区所有的有形市场外的面包房、蛋糕房
二、检查时间：
2012年4月10日-5月10日
三、检查内容
(1)查两证：是否持有餐饮服务许可证、从业人员是否持有健康证明。
(2)查食品：采购的食品及其原料、使用的食品添加剂是否索证索票并验收、购货台帐制度的建立及应用情况；是否违法添加非食用物质和滥用食品添加剂；是否有标签不符合要求、超过保质期限、霉变生虫、感官等性状异常情况的库存食品。
(3)查卫生：环境卫生条件是否符合要求，防蝇、防尘、防霉变设施是否完备。
