文档介绍:摘要摘要本文对干涉型光纤传感器系统的传感原理,进行了比较系统的介绍。干涉型光纤传感器系统,主要包括以下几大功能块:激光光源、光纤干涉仪、光电转换设备、信号处理及输出显示设备,其中光纤干涉仪是传感器的敏感元件,文中列举了四种常用于干涉型光纤传感器的光纤干涉仪,还有它们的干涉测量原理。这四种光纤干涉仪分别是:Michelson光纤干涉仪,Mach—Zehnder光纤干涉仪, Sagnac光纤干涉仪和Fabry—Perot光纤干涉仪。本文的重点,是研究干涉型光纤传感器的相位调制与解调方法,文中先是介绍了目前被广泛使用的相位生成载波解调技术,这种技术包括零差法和外差法;然后重点介绍我们利用Labview, 自行设计的用于干涉型光纤传感器的相位解调方法,这种方法的提出,使得干涉型光纤传感器的相位解调及其数据处理实现了数字化,而且摆脱了传统相位解调方法必须依赖于模拟电路的自动增益来实现的困扰,实验结果表明,这种方法极大地提高了相位解调效果,也使得干涉传感器可以在较高的敏感度下进行工作,而且降低了干涉型光纤传感系统的成本。最后,通过总结国内外研究者的工作,介绍了几种常用的干涉型光纤传感器的结构及其工作原理,这包括干涉型光纤位移传感器、干涉型光纤磁场传感器、干涉型光纤温度传感器、干涉型光纤电流传感器。关键词:光纤传感器光纤干涉仪相位调制相位解调 Abstract Inthispaper,the principle ofoptic·fiber interferometersensingsystem hasbeen —fiber interferometer sensing system includes several functional blocks:light source,optic—fiberinterferometer,light-electronic converter,signal processor and output display,in these blocks,a optic-fiber interferometer isthe sensitivity dement ofthe thepaper,monly usedoptic-fiber interferometer were listed,and the interferometer measurement principle were fouroptical-fiber interferometers are"Mach·Zehnder opticalfiber interferometer,Michelson optical fiber interferometer,Sagnac optical fiber interferometer and theFabry-Perot optical articlefocuses researching thephasedemodulation method oftheoptic-fiber interferometric sensor. h1thepaper,a relatively widespread used method named Phase Generated Carrier Dcrnodulation Techniques Wasintroduced,which includethezero-homodyne method and theheterodyne method;and then,we introduced thephase demodulation method。 foroptic-fiber interferometric sensors designed by usingLabView,which putforward, making thephase demodulation ofoptic—fiber interferometer sensor tobeachieve withd垮tal data processing,and also shake offtheproblem oftraditionalanalog phasedemodulation method which relies on theautomatic gain circuit torealize a gooddemodulation resultsshowed that,this method can greatly improves thephas
