文档介绍：慢性前列腺炎合并性功能障碍患者的心理健康情况研究【摘要】目的:研究慢性前列腺炎合并性功能障碍患者的心理健康情况,从而了解慢性前列腺炎合并性功能障碍患者的心理需求。方法:将 2012 年1 月至 2013 年1 月到我院泌尿外科就诊的慢性前列腺炎患者 201 例, 按照是否合并性功能障碍分为试验组 101 例, 对照组 100 例, 选取 90 项症状自评量表( SCL - 90) 、采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表( HAS )和汉密尔顿抑郁量表( HDS )分别对两组进行评定。结果:试验组在汉密尔顿焦虑量表( HAS ) 和汉密尔顿抑郁量表( HDS ) 分中都高于对照组, 且差异有统计学意义( P<001 ), 并且 HAS 、 HDS 评分越高性功能障碍越严重。在 90 项症状自评量表( SCL-90 )中试验组躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性项目评分中分值都大于对照组, 差异有统计学意义( P<005 )。结论: 分析慢性前列腺炎合并性功能障碍患者心理健康情况和个性特征, 了解其心理需求, 有针对性的进行心理护理, 有助于改善患者的身心健康,值得推广。【关键词】慢性前列腺炎合并性功能障碍;焦虑;抑郁 Mental health situation research of chronic prostatitis patients with sexual dysfunctionZHANG Yun1 , DAI Canying2 , ZHAN Juanmei2 , HE Huadong21.
