文档介绍:毕业设计( 论文) 题目发电机全绝缘母线振动现象的实验研究专业电气工程及其自动化(电力) 班级 xxxxx 学生 xx 指导教师 xxx 2014 年摘要本文主要研究发电机全绝缘母线的振动现象,有着十分重要的现实意义。它可对母线固有频率和电动力频率进行分析,从而提出避免母线共振和减小母线振动的要求。如果母线系统的固有振动频率与其他主要系统或外部激励的某一振动频率相近时,可能产生共振,严重时可能危害甚至破坏发电机组或发电站;而母线若长时间振动过大,会对支柱绝缘子造成损害, 使角钢支架松动,损伤金具螺栓,长期如此运行将会给安全生产带来隐患。所以,减少由于电动力效应引起的机械和结构破坏,寻找出母线合理的支撑方式, 对工业设计意义重大。而对振动信号的研究,将使用数据分析和处理功能十分强大的工程实用软件—— MATLAB 。本文在 MATLAB 环境下, 采用离散傅里叶变换的快速算法(FFT ),将信号由时域变换到频域,实现对连续信号的频谱分析,同时采用绘图软件—— Origin 绘制图形,最后,得出不同电流下合理的支撑方式,使得母线既可避开共振,又可减小振动幅度。关键字: 母线,固有频率,电动力频率,共振, MATLAB ,频谱分析, FFT Experimental study of fully insulated bus of the generator for vibration phenomenon Abstract This paper mainly studies the fully insulated bus of the generator for vibration phenomenon ,it has a very important practical significance. It provides the analysis of the natural frequency and the electric power frequency of the bus , proposing the requirements to avoid bus-powered resonance and reduce vibration. If the natural vibration frequency of the bus system is similar to the resonance of other major systems or external incentives,in some exrem cases ,it will harm or even destroy the generator set power plant; If the bus prolonged excessive vibration , the Insulator would be damaged,then making the angle bracket loose and destroying the fittings will also poses a potential threat to the safety of production Therefore, in order to reduce the mechanical and structural dynamic effects due to the electrical damage, looking for a reasonable busbar support way for industrial design is of great significance. Othewise,we using a very powerful and practical software engineering MATLAB to analyse vibration signals. In the MATLAB environment, by using fast discrete Fourier transform algorithm (FFT), the signal can be transformed from the time domain to the frequency can get the spectrum analysis of continuous signals.
