文档介绍:中南大学硕士学位论文精益生产方式在LGF公司的应用研究姓名:彭剑荣申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:许民利 20090501 摘要 LGF公司是一家轨道交通电气装备制造企业,本文从市场需求和竞争分析、成本领先战略分析和生产现状分析等多角度,剖析其存在的主要问题,揭示了LGF公司推行精益生产的必要性和适用性。本文在概述精益生产的相关理论基础上,采用理论分析和经济评价相结合的分析方法,提出了“样板区先行”的工作思路。选择条件相对成熟的项目作为精益改善活动的样板区,而不是在公司全面开始实施。通过接电机生产线均衡化生产、辅助变流箱生产线流程优化、库存管理改善活动、电气组装车间5S改善活动和看板生产管理系统等重点项目的实施,有效解决了生产线不平衡、工艺流程不合理、库存量过大、现场管理不到位等主要问题,推动LGF公司的精益生产活动达成预期目标,提高了企业的竞争力。本文的研究对LGF公司和类似企业具有较高的参考价值和借鉴作用,对一般企业的精益生产的推行有一定的理论价值和方法指导作用。关键词精益生产,流程改善,5S活动 AB STRACT LGF is an electric railtransportation equipment manufacturing enterprises,this articlefrom themarket needs petitive analysis, cost-leading strategic analysis and production point ofview,such asthe status quo analysis,to analyze the main problems,pany revealed the need for the implementation of Lean Production and applicability.
