文档介绍：单纯经腹腹腔镜治疗肾盂或输尿管癌[ 摘要] 目的探讨单纯经腹腹腔镜治疗肾盂或输尿管癌的手术方法及其临床效果。方法对该院 2008 年2月― 2014 年2 月收治的 30 例肾盂或输尿管癌(肾盂癌 24 例,输尿管上段癌 6 例)患者均采用单纯经腹腹腔镜下肾脏根治性切除及输尿管全长切除术,包括输尿管壁段袖套状切除。结果手术全部获得成功,没有严重并发症,手术效果良好。手术时间 125 ~ 205 min ,平均 160 min ;失血量 30~ 200 mL ,平均 100 mL ;住院时间 6~ 10d, 平均 8d; 术后随访 3~ 33 个月, 无肿瘤复发及转移。结论单纯经腹腹腔镜治疗肾盂或输尿管癌具有创伤小, 出血少, 解剖清晰, 病人恢复快的特点, 为肾盂癌或输尿管癌提供了另外一种较为安全可靠的手术方式。[ 关键词] 腹腔镜;肾盂癌根治术;输尿管癌根治术;肾输尿管切除术[ 中图分类号] [ 文献标识码]A[ 文章编号] 1674-0742 ( 2015 ) 02(b) -0003-03 Simple Transabdominal Laparoscopic Treatment of Renal Pelvis or Uret er Cancer CAI Heng GUO Jianjun LIANG Rongxing YUAN Pengfei Department of Urology , Sichuan Provincial Corps Hospital of Armed Police , Leshan , Sichuan Province , 614000 China [Abstract] Objective To explore the operation method of simple transabdominal laparoscopic treatment of renal pelvis or ureter cancer and its clinical effect.
