文档介绍：高血脂患者乳糜血对血常规检测指标的影响[ 摘要] 目的探讨高血脂患者乳糜血对血常规生化检验指标的影响。方法选取该院在 2012 年1月― 2014 年1 月收治的高脂血症患者 30 例为实验组,另选取同一时间在该院进行体检检查为健康者 30 例为对照组, 两组患者均分别于清晨空腹抽取静脉血 5 mL, 而后分离血清对混合血浆进行九项血常规的测定, 比较两组血常规测定结果。结果两组患者除 RBC 、 HCT 、 MCV 指标差异无统计学意义( P> ), 其余血常规指标( WBC 、 PLT 、 Hb、 MCH 、 MCHC 、 MPV ) 的比较差异有统计学意义( P< )。结论高血脂患者中的乳糜血会对血常规的测定产生影响, 因此, 在临床实际检验中应尽可能的避免乳糜血的影响,以提高临床诊断准确率。[ 关键词] 高血脂;乳糜血;血常规;检验;指标[ 中图分类号] R725 [ 文献标识码]A[ 文章编号] 1674-0742 ( 2015 ) 02(a) -0181-03 Patients with Hyperlipidemia Chyle Blood Influences on the Targets of Routine Blood Test LI Tingting Anshan city in liaoning province soup ridge hospital clinical laboratory , Anshan , Liaoning Province 114048 , China [Abstract] Objective To study the index of hyperlipidemia patients chyle blood for blood routine and biochemical examination. Results Two groups of patients in addition to the RBC , HCT , MCV index has no obvious difference ( P> ), the rest of the blood rout
