知识型人才的流动及应对措施
——以技术研发类企业ology of the times, talented knowledge persons have been the master. More and more enterprises realize it that they are the enterprises core staffs, especially for the technology research and development enterprises in their process of development and growth. Both their sizes and financial strength can not compete with large enterprises at home and abroad to have knowledge talents will become the growth swords for these enterprises. Economy technology are developing, scientific and core technologies are a kind of competitive force for an enterprise to participate in globalization. Among them, enterprises is mainly: the conservation of existing resources, the development of new energy, and the rational allocation of resources. The forms of knowledge creation, finally depend on the knowledge carriers to achieve, and they are the knowledge talents. However, the main reason for this phenomenon that the difficulties faced by technology R & D enterprises to develop is that talented personal mobility is fast , so the content of science and technology organization are reduced while the knowledge type personnel training cost. are reduced becomes important feature in today's society. This paper is trying to explore the reasons for this phenomenon, and found management effective ways to prevent this phenomenon, Then I will propose appropriate solutions, which may effectively reduce so that to the technology research and development enterprises improve the operation efficiency.
