文档介绍：无张力补片修补法治疗疝气 60例的临床疗效观察摘要:目的探究无张力补片修补法在临床上治疗疝气取得的效果。方法选取 201 0年12月~201 2年12 月在我院行无张力补片修补法治疗疝气的 60 例患者,按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,观察记录两组患者的疗效、并发症、复发率以及住院时间, 术后随访 1 年时间, 对比分析患者的恢复情况。结果两组患者治疗后疗效比较χ 2= ( p= ) ;总并发症比较χ 2= ( p= ) ;平均住院时间比较 t= ( p= ); 复发率比较χ 2= ( p= ); 差异具有统计学意义。结论无张力补片修补法治疗疝气手术操作简单, 在临床上的使用具有显著的疗效,值得在临床上进行推广使用。关键词:无张力补片修补法;疝气;临床效果 Tension free mesh of clinical curative effect of 60 cases of repair of hernia treatment observation Wen Changhai (Guan Ji 236623 Center Ho spital of Anhui Province Taihe County Taihe) Abstract : Objective To explore the tension-free mesh repair method in the clinical treatment effect of hernia.
