2、经济状况。山黑坡村有旱地74公顷〔平时报19公顷〕,无水田，〔〕。主要经济来源是烤烟、玉米、生猪养殖，有大小牲畜263头〔匹〕，粮食111200公斤。2010年人均纯收入1420元，人均粮食800公斤。
3、社会事业发展状况。山黑坡村，作为龙庆乡两个易地扶贫搬迁村之一，在省、市、县、乡等部门的帮助下，通过易地扶贫搬迁工程建设项目的实施，使群众的生产生活条件大幅度改善。实现水、电、路三通，户均拥有能够居住的生活用房和畜圈，厕所、沼气、厨房、烤烟等，群众能看上了5套以上节目的有线电视，就医和适龄儿童上学方便，生态环境得到有效的保护和治理。
