二、结合实际，注重实效，开展形式多样的教育
在师德师风建设活动中，学校领导小组组织全校教师开展了形式多样的教育活动，使教师在活动中受到教育。如：在教师中进行了“教师之魂”为主题的演讲比赛，一个个饱含激际 声情并茂的演讲，使全体教师受到震撼。学校面问社会、家长广泛征求意见，下发了200多份意见征求表，并召开了家长代表座谈会、学生代表座谈会；深入了解师德。情况。每位教师在认真学习、提高认识的基础上写出了师德自查报告，在讲座会上自述；大家评议；组织教师积参加市级师德论文比赛、演讲比赛活动。派教师外出参加师德报告会。学校党支部每学期至少办两期师德专栏，对教师、家长进行宣传教育，为了转变工作作风，学校要求每位教师每学期至少进行四次家访，学校定期检查家访记录。在校内我们开展了以“树师德形象，做师德标兵”为主题的文明创建活动。要求每位教师要树立以下五个意识；

1、育人意识。在对学生的教育中我们不仅给学生传授知识，更应该对学生整体施加影响，使学生整体得到发展，身心素质得以提高，人格得以健全。教师本人的人格形象。行为、习惯都会影响学生，影响到教育效果，有了这种意识的教师在各个方面对自己将会提出更高的要求。
2、精英意识。教师是一种崇高的职业，人们称“人类灵魂的工程师”，我们理应为自己从事这一职业感到自豪。但是，正是
