文档介绍：观察茵栀黄联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效[ 摘要] 目的探讨茵栀黄联合蓝光照射治疗在新生儿黄疸临床治疗的效果。方法采集该院 2012 年1月― 2013 年1 月新生儿科 104 例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为两组,其中实验组 51 例,采用常规药物治疗和蓝光照射治疗,对照组 53 例,采取常规药物治疗、蓝光治疗的同时加用茵栀黄口服液, 比较分析两组患儿治疗期间血清总胆红素下降情况和治疗效果。结果两组患儿治疗期间血清总胆红素下降情况和治疗效果有明显差异, 差异有统计学意义。结论茵栀黄联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著,值得在临床治疗中推广使用。[ 关键词] 茵栀黄;蓝光照射;新生儿黄疸;病理性黄疸[ 中图分类号] [ 文献标识码]A[ 文章编号] 1674-0742 ( 2014 ) 01(a) -0021-02 Observation of the Clinical Effect of Yinzhihuang Oral bined with Blue Light Irradiation in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice LV Hongyu1 DENG Changxue1 WANG Ziqian2 1.
