文档介绍：江南大学硕士学位论文纸包装绿色设计方法研究姓名:黄云开申请学位级别:硕士专业:工业设计工程指导教师:王安霞;任留柱 20090301 摘要摘要纸质材料是包装工业中最重要的原料之一,在各种包装材料中应用比例最高。同时纸质材料无污染,可降解,对实现可持续发展要求的“绿色包装"有重要意义,但如果在包装中对纸材应用不合理,同样会造成严重的环境问题,引起资源危机。因此分析纸包装设计中存在的问题,研究纸包装的绿色设计方法,仍是当前的重要课题。本研究以纸包装的发展背景为根据,分析了纸包装生命周期中对环境造成的影响,提出了绿色纸包装的设计评价标准,并以此为依据,研究了“绿色纸包装整体设计方法",以整体观为核心,按绿色循环为原则,提出了绿色纸包装设计的三个步骤。首先,从“整体理念" 出发对待设的开始;其次,从“流程制约"对待项目设计的过程;最后,从“适于回收’’对待设计的结果。通过包装设计上创新规划,纸材的单纯化应用,最优化的结构设计, 包装生产过程的绿色制约,包装回收上便利化的具体实施,给现代纸包装设计注入新的活力。本研究通过“纸包装整体设计"的角度探讨纸包装的绿色设计办法,丰富了纸包装绿色设计理论系统,为以后的设计实践提供理论依据,促进纸包装绿色环保化进程。关键词:纸材包装绿色设计减量化适于回收循环利用 Abstract Abstract Papery material,applied inpackaging materials with highest proportion,is one ofthe mostimportant raw material forpackaging —polluting and posable paper packaging material could meet thesustainable development of“Green Packaging'’.However, theunreasonable application ofpaper packaging material would cause severe environmental problems and resource “Green Design’’ofpackaging withpapery material isstill animportant issue on thedevelopment ofpaperpackaging,this study analyze thepaper packaging impacting on theenvironment forward the evaluation criteriaofgreenPaperpackagingdesign,study the”holistic green paper packaging design”and put forward three steps ofgreen paperpackagingdesign according toholismand theprinciple ofthegreen ,properly restricteddesign process and easy renovate the modern paper packaging through innovating design,material reduction andhomogenization,appropriate structure,innoxious technics andconvenient for recycle. Design project ofgreenPaperpackaging was discussed inthisstudy according tothe point ofview enriches thetheory ofgreendesign,and provide atheoretical basis forfuturedesign practice,and promote greenpaperpackaging process.
