六、城市综合交通发展
（1）铁路运输
在贵阳市形成“一环、三射、两联线”的快速铁路网。
一环：环城快速铁路；
三射：贵阳东—开阳快速铁路、贵阳北—息烽快速铁路、贵阳北—修文快速铁路。
两联线：久长—永温（开阳），林歹（清镇）—织金。
新建贵阳新客站和扩建贵阳南站编组站。
（2）公路运输
在贵阳市形成“一环、两横、九射线”的快速公路体系。
一环：贵阳环城高速公路；
两横：贵阳城市经济圈环北段（黔西—瓮安，修文—福泉）；
九射线：贵新、贵广、贵惠、贵黄、厦蓉、贵黔、贵毕、贵遵、贵开等高速公路。

（3）航空运输
加快贵阳龙洞堡国际机场扩建工程，适时开辟中远程国际航线，完善磊庄军民两用机场，形成以龙洞堡机场为中心，沟通市际和全国、国际的航空网络。
（4）内河航运
大力整治乌江航道，建设开阳港，提高进入长江的通航能力，达到可通航300吨级船舶；加快码头、道路等航运配套设施建设。
