文档介绍：辽宁师范大学硕士学位论文摘要中国的社会主义新农村建设,对于全面建设小康社会和现代化建设,推进工业化、城镇化进程启到重大作用,对于实现社会经济的全面、协调和可持续发展, 具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。本文对凌海市新农村建设进行研究分析,在实地调研的基础上,大量查阅文献资料,并走访了有关专家,以新农村建设及相关理论概述为起点,运用理论分析、比较分析、定性分析等方法,对凌海市新农村建设的现状进行了分析,关注凌海市新农村建设中值得借鉴的经验和存在的不足,并在比较国外先进经验的基础上,提出了凌海市新农村建设的政策建议。本文是以凌海市新农村建设为个案的微观实证研究,文中所描述和研究的内容虽然并不完全具备普遍意义,却是凌海市从本市的实际情况出发,大力推动新农村建设的真实反映。本文对凌海市根据自身特点,增加农民收入、推动园区和基础设施建设、开展环境整治、加强制度建设、加大资金投入等方面进行了深入的调查研究,并在此基础上对凌海市新农村建设进行了深入的分析,找出了凌海市新农村建设中存在的突出问题,最后提出了一系列的改进措施。相关政策建议, 不仅对凌海市具有一定指导意义,也对各地新农村建设具备一定的参考价值。全文共分六章: 第一章:绪论,介绍了选题的背景、目的及意义,对新农村建设国内外研究现状进行了阐述,并提出了本文的研究方法和研究思路,为研究奠定基础。第二章:相关概念及基础理论。对县域经济和新农村的概念和内涵进行梳理, 并就新农村建设与县域经济的关系进行了阐述。第三章:凌海市新农村建设的现状。对凌海市的基本情况进行了介绍,并阐述了凌海市在新农村建设中所采取的措施和取得的成效。第四章:凌海市新农村建设中存在的问题分析,主要分析了凌海市新农村建设过程中暴露的问题和成因。第五章:凌海市新农村建设过程中存在问题的解决对策。通过对比其他国家农村建设过程中的经验教训,分析得出凌海市新农村建设的政策建议。第六章:结论。关键词:凌海市新农村;问题;对策;新农村建设万方数据辽宁师范大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT China’Sconstruction ofthenew socialistcountryside iSofvitalimportance tothe construction of acomprehensive well—offsociety and modernization,the advancing industrialization and the process ,it has great significance bothpractically andhistorically totheachieving ofall—round,coordinate and sustainable socioeconomic development.
